How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must:

  1. Submit an entry through the official contest entry form on the Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare website.
  2. Provide:
  3. Full name
  4. Contact information (phone and email)
  5. Property address where the air conditioner is installed
  6. Approximate year of manufacture or installation of the air conditioner
  7. Upload at least two clear photographs of the air conditioner showing:
  8. The unit itself
  9. The manufacturer label or serial plate if available
  10. Proof of purchase date (invoice, workorder) if rating plate is illegible


Multiple entries for the same air conditioner are not permitted.

AC unit has to be working & installed.

Rules and Regulations

Our “Oldest Air Conditioner Contest” (the "Contest") is intended to promote community engagement and awareness of aging home comfort systems. By entering this Contest, participants agree to comply with and be bound by the following official rules and regulations.

Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored and administered by Woodbridge ClimateCare (the “Sponsor”).

Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on May 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 30, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).


Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.


The winner will be contacted by phone by July 10th, 2026.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to:


  • Legal residents of Ontario
  • Homeowners aged 18 years or older
  • Individuals whose working air conditioner is installed in a residential property located within the Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare service area


Participants must be the homeowner of the property where the air conditioner is installed.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare are not eligible to enter.

Installation Conditions

Prize installation includes standard installation only. The following may not be included and may require additional charges if necessary:


  • Electrical upgrades
  • Ductwork modifications
  • Structural alterations
  • Code upgrades or permits
  • Additional equipment required for system compatibility



If additional work is required, the winner will be notified and may choose to proceed at their own expense.

Installation must occur at the address listed in the contest entry.

Privacy

Personal information collected for this Contest will be used solely for:


  • Contest administration
  • Contacting entrants
  • Marketing communications from Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare (with consent)


Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required for contest administration.

Governing Law

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations of Ontario, Canada.

Agreement to Rules

By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare, which are final and binding.
